Amstar is committed to Supplier Diversity as a core business imperative. Amstar’s Supplier Diversity Corporate Plan was developed to ensure a continued focus on initiating new relationships and improving current supplier relationships with qualified Small, Minority-owned, Women-owned and Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises. (Herein known as the Diverse Business Community, or DBC) The Plan outlines a variety of discretionary activities that align with processes and procedures identified in Amstar’s Supplying Principles and Practices and positions Amstar to establish and maintain a strong competitive supply base.
